Registration Fees and Benefits

MLSP 2024 will be an in-person conference. The in-person experience brings our community together in one place and fosters a vibrant exchange of ideas, networking, and social interaction.  The organizing committee looks forward to meeting everyone at this flagship signal processing event and hopes that each attendee will enjoy a variety of technical and special sessions, cutting-edge topic keynotes, and MLSP talks with world-renowned speakers, tutorials, and great opportunities to network with colleagues and leading researchers.

Please note: as described in the submission guidelines, MLSP 2024 requires that all papers are presented in-person during the workshop. Virtual presentation of papers is not allowed.

REGISTRATION BENEFITS

Author/ Non-author Full Conference: Access to all MLSP 2024 technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, and the electronic proceedings. Registration may cover up to 4 papers in which the registrant appears in the author list. All papers must be presented in-person.
Please note that Banquet registration includes an additional cost. A limited number of seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

SPS Low Income Economy Countries*: Attendees from low-income economies will receive a discounted rate when registering. Proof of residency is required. Low-Income Economy Countries are marked by an asterisk as defined by the IEEE. View country/region list.

Tutorials: Access to one tutorial (half day) or two tutorials (full day), including coffee break.

Refund Policy:

All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable.For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund, after a $50 (equivalent) processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Advance Registration deadline.

VISA invitation letter

A VISA invitation letter will be automatically generated and sent to you after you complete your registration. This letter can be used to apply for a UK VISA to attend MLSP 2024.
